These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter – the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that determines the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter – “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter – “We”) when you purchase goods in the electronic store (hereinafter – “e-shop”).
The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale contract

Deliver the goods you ordered to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period.
We, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the goods you ordered, undertake to offer you an analogous product, and if you refuse to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid to you.

The product is exchanged only if the packaging was not damaged and the product was not used.

You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, we do not accept the item for return.

You are fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for the resulting consequences.

We are not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if you access these websites via e-mail. links in the store.
In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the losses incurred.

All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
