General provisions

These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter – the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that determines the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter – “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter – “We”) when you purchase goods in the electronic store (hereinafter – “e-shop”).

The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale contract

The contract between you and us is considered concluded from the moment when you e-mail after creating a shopping cart in the store, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method and familiarizing yourself with our rules, click the Confirm order button”.

Your rights

You have the right to buy goods in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store.

You have the right to refuse the goods purchase – sales contract with e. store, except in cases where the contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

You commit

Accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must update it immediately.

You, using e-mail store, you agree to these buying and selling rules and must comply with them.

Our rights

If the Buyer tries to harm the email for the work or stable operation of the store, we can limit or stop him from using e-mail without prior warning. store or cancel the Buyer’s registration.

In case of important circumstances, we may temporarily or completely terminate e-mail. store operations without notifying you in advance. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

We commit

To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-store.

Deliver the goods you ordered to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period.

We, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the goods you ordered, undertake to offer you an analogous product, and if you refuse to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid to you.

Returning items

When a defective product is returned, we undertake to replace it with a similar product, in the event that we do not have a similar product, we return the money paid for the product after informing the customer service department by e-mail. by letter to info@epi-g.com or by phone (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays) within 14 working days of receiving it.

The product is exchanged only if the packaging was not damaged and the product was not used.

The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed. The returned item must be fully assembled. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, we do not accept the item for return.

You return the goods at your own expense.

Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for the resulting consequences.

You are responsible for actions taken using e-mail. in the store.

We are not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if you access these websites via e-mail. links in the store.

In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the losses incurred.

Sending information

We send all messages to the e-mail address provided in your registration form.

You send all messages and questions by e-mail. at the address or e-mail address specified in the “Contacts” section of the store.

Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules.

All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
