In order to implement the delivery of the goods, the Buyer who has not registered is required to provide the following personal data – name, surname, phone number, e-mail address. mailing address, delivery address. The buyer is responsible for providing his Personal Data.

III. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND EXERCISE OF BUYER’S RIGHTS

The Seller confirms that the Personal Data specified by the Buyer will be processed only in order to properly provide the Buyers with the services provided in the online store Https://epi-g.eu/ (including the right to participate in promotions, projects).

when executing an order or providing other services – to the Seller’s partners who provide goods delivery or other services ordered by the Buyer;
For direct marketing purposes – to the Seller’s partners, in compliance with the condition stipulated in point 1 of the Privacy Policy and after Https://epi-g.eu/ has taken care of the written obligations of the Seller’s partners to comply with the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania;
to law enforcement institutions in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
if it is necessary to prevent or investigate criminal acts;
Personal data may also be transferred to third parties in other cases and procedures provided for in the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
lt does not use, collect or disclose special personal information, such as information about health, racial origin, religious beliefs or political views, without the express consent of the Buyer entity, except in cases where it is required or permitted by law.
The buyer has the following rights:
after submitting a written request to the Seller to get acquainted with the Seller’s personal data. Information is provided to the Buyer in the Account or at the e-mail address specified by him;
after submitting a request to the Seller in writing to the e-mail address info@epi-g.com to demand the cancellation of the Account or the suspension of Personal Data processing actions, when Personal Data are processed in violation of the provisions of laws and other legal acts, except for the cases provided for in the Privacy Policy;
by not agreeing to the Privacy Policy, not to agree to the processing of his Personal Data. However, in such a case, the Buyer will not have the opportunity to purchase goods and/or services in the electronic store Https://epi-g.eu/;
lt also ensures all other rights, guarantees and interests of personal data subjects guaranteed by the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
During the collection of goods, the Buyer’s identity document is presented to the Seller, courier service employee, post office or Goods Collection Center employee, and the Buyer’s data contained in it are used only for proper identification of the individual.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the Buyer agrees that his Personal Data will be used to fulfill his order, regardless of whether he orders goods and/or services from Https://epi-g.eu/ as a seller or from Partners, as defined in point 4 of the Privacy Policy, including agrees that his Personal data will be transferred to the Seller’s partners, as defined in point 4 of the Privacy Policy, as well as processed by the Seller or its designated data processor for order fulfillment purposes.
The Buyer’s Personal Data is provided to European Union member states or other foreign countries under the same conditions and procedure as to subjects located in the Republic of Lithuania and only for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
The seller, with the help of internal organizational and technical measures, ensures that the Personal data provided by the Buyer to Https://epi-g.eu/ is protected from any illegal actions: illegal alteration, disclosure or destruction of Personal data, identity theft, fraud, and the level of Personal data protection meets the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania . Personal data is protected against loss, unauthorized use and changes.
The buyer undertakes and is obliged to keep his login password and login name, as well as other data, to Https://epi-g.eu/. The buyer undertakes and is obliged not to disclose the Personal data held by Https://epi-g.eu/ to any other third parties, neither about himself nor about third parties, if he has access to such Personal data of third parties, to immediately inform the Seller of visible violations.
When administering Https://epi-g.eu/ and diagnosing possible malfunctions, the Administrator may use Buyers’ IP addresses or other Personal data necessary for troubleshooting.

IV. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TERMS

Personal data is stored at Https://epi-g.eu/ no longer than the data processing purposes require and deleted when no longer needed. The duration of storage of Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes is determined – 3 (three) calendar years from the moment of submission of such data.
The seller stores personal data as long as this person uses Https://epi-g.eu/ services, except for the cases specified in this Privacy Policy. After the cancellation of the Account in order to implement the requirements provided for in point 42 of the Privacy Policy, the Personal Data of the Buyer may be stored on the server of the Personal Data Controller for up to 6 (six) months , except for the cases specified in point 42 of the Privacy Policy and the legitimate requirements of law enforcement authorities to store them.
The Buyer agrees in advance that the Seller has the right to keep his Personal Data on the server as long as it is necessary according to the specifics of Https://epi-g.eu/’s activities, if the data provided by the Buyer was 1) used in the commission of an illegal act or 2) it was suspected that identity theft or other a violation that has been or will be investigated by the relevant law enforcement authorities, 3) if the Seller has received complaints related to the relevant Buyer, or if the Seller has noticed violations of the Rules committed by the relevant Buyer, or 4) if there are other legitimate purposes to protect Personal Data. This data is destroyed upon receipt of lawful instructions from law enforcement or other authorized authorities.

V. BUYER REQUESTS AND THEIR EXAMINATION

Any request or instruction related to the processing of Personal Data must be submitted to the Seller in writing by the Buyer by sending such request or instruction to the e-mail address info@epi-g.com from his e-mail address specified in point 26 of the Privacy Policy or in another way that enables the identification of the sender. Upon receiving such a request or instruction from the Buyer, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with an answer no later than within 1 (one) month and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. At the buyer’s request, the response must be provided in writing.
When the Buyer’s requests are clearly unreasonable or disproportionate, primarily due to their repetitive content, Https://epi-g.eu/ may either: 1) charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or notifications or actions requested; or 2) may refuse to act on the request.
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling, which gives rise to legal consequences for him or which has a significant impact on him in a similar way, with the exception of exceptions provided for by law.

VI. CORRECTION, ADDITION AND DELETE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer grants Https://epi-g.eu/ the right to collect, manage, process and store the Buyer’s Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes provided for in the Privacy Policy and other Https://epi-g.eu/ documents.
Giving or revoking consent to collect, manage, process and store the Buyer’s Personal Data is valid only going forward. Https://epi-g.eu/, upon receiving such a notification from the Buyer by e-mail or other means provided for in the Privacy Policy, immediately stops the processing of the Buyer’s Personal Data and cancels his Account, but this does not mean that Https://epi-g.eu/ must delete/destroy the Personal Data from the server, if it has a legitimate reason to store them , especially when it is necessary to ensure the public interest.
If Https://epi-g.eu/ doubts the correctness of the Personal Data provided by the Buyer, it may suspend the processing of the Buyer’s Personal Data, verify and correct this data. Such Personal Data are used only to verify their correctness.

VII. COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF OTHER PERSONAL DATA

In order to provide the Buyer with the full-fledged services of the Https://epi-g.eu/ electronic store, Cookies may be stored on the Buyer’s computer (device). VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy comes into effect in 2022-10-14 any changes to the Privacy Policy will be published and publicly visible on Https://epi-g.eu/. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be notified in accordance with the procedure provided for in Clause 24 of this Privacy Policy.
